Xiamen Morning Textile was founded in 2004, located in the beautiful beach city-Xiamen, Fujian.

Our company has 19 year's experiences in the production of men, women & kids underwear, with more than 480 employees and capture an area of 16,000 m² Our monthly capacity is 1,500,000 pcs.

To fulfill the increasing order demand, we set a new factory in Guangxi, China in 2021, adding 6 more production lines and the latest
sewing machines.

 

Ware House

All the fabric and accessory will be inspected and assorted before entering our warehouse. Qualified material will be recorded in systerm, while the undesirable material will be returned to supplier.

Cutting Department

To make sure accurate cutting and save the consumption, we import automatic and newly cutting machine 'BULLMER' from Germany with higher efficiency and less waste.
Also we always make sure that precision and safety are the main responsibility of cutting department. We require our employees to follow safety rules at any monents.

QC Department

Our QC team has always implemented quality inspections from bulk material checking, online and final inspection to gurantee the quality standards of the finished products. Needle detect machine is available too.
 

 

Pattern Room

We have fully automatic computer printing & paper pattern. Our skillful technicist can develop pattern, adjust workmenship according client's requirements. We can develop 1000 pcs bra and 2000 pcs pantys in our sample room.

Package Department

Finished goods will be well kept in our warehouse, with clean and dry environment. Shipping mark and every sticker will be approved by clients.

Certifications

We have BSCI, GRS, GOTS, OCS and GSV certificates. And we will update them every years.
We also passed the inspection of famous brand like Walmart, GAP etc.

 

Fair Journey

During these years, our merchandiser team actively participate every underwear fair in China. Expect for every two Canton Fair which are held yearly, we also take part in fair like Global Source in Hongkong, East China Fair in Shanghai and SUE in Shenzhen.
